Bottles are available in different configurations. Most bottles have a cover, which can be made of various materials: Polyester, felt or even nylon are common variants. A field bottle cover made of smooth or suede leather looks stylish and a little quaint. Some sleeves have a thermo function: hot things stay hot and cool things stay pleasantly cold. Such canteens are ideal for carrying not only water, but also tea, coffee or a hot broth. Depending on the quality of the cover, the desired temperature can be maintained for several hours.
